Export Operations

Handle sea freight operations, including FCL, LCL shipments.

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and agents for bookings, documentation, and shipment requirements.

Negotiate freight rates, secure space with carriers/vendors, and manage cost efficiency.

Provide quotations and shipping rates to customers and overseas branches.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and verify export documents

Manage customs declarations

Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia export/import regulations

Customer & Internal Coordination

Manage customer and internal escalations promptly with effective service recovery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth shipment flow.

Provide timely updates on delivery status and shipment tracking.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare billing, invoicing, and close job files after completion.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation.

Provide shipment status reports and updates to management as required.
