Logistics Analyst

. Apply lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and optimise warehouse resources, delivering value to both internal and external stakeholders

. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse, from identifying process gaps to designing, implementing, and managing operational changes

. Assist the Operations Manager in tracking and analysing performance metrics (KPIs, productivity reports) and financial data (billing reports, account P&L)

. Work closely with the Key Account Manager to support business development by maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying value-creation opportunities

. Collaborate with Innovation, Automation, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) teams to implement new technologies and optimise existing warehouse solutions
