Logistics & Warehouse Specialist

Overview

Our client is an industry leading listed US MNC in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery sector.

They are currently on the lookout for a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to support their D2D warehouse operations, manage WMS systems, support inbound and outbound shipment activities, liaise and negotiate with freight forwarding partners, arrange shipping documentation across SEA.

• Full-time, permanent role (Work location: Central Singapore, 5 days on-site)
• Reporting to Senior Manager of Operations (Logistics and Spare-Parts)
• Able to start within short notice (1 month or less)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field preferred
• 5 years of Logistics and Warehouse Operations experience handling shipping documentation within the industrial machinery/equipment sector is a must have
• Teamwork, collaborative, and proactive mindset with the ability to communicate efficiently with external stakeholders and colleagues across all levels

Remuneration

$5,500 SGD to 6,500 per month + AWS
