Our client a leading manufacturer of petroleum blends is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service - coordinate and follow up on delivery order till completion
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders and any other stakeholders to coordination shipment and delivery
- Update customers on shipment in a prompt and timely manner
- Daily label printing and recording Issue cargo tally sheets
- Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Plan and update shipment schedule, tank truck loading and time slot booking
- Any other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
