The Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Crewing personnel to join our team in Loyang Crescent, Singapore. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics and crewing activities to ensure timely and efficient mobilization and demobilization of offshore and onshore personnel, Subcontractors and equipment. Ensures compliance with industry standards, local and international regulations, and company policies.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation of personnel and equipment to and from sites in good time as per Planning
• Assist with travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transport)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and internal departments
• Maintain shipping documentation and ensure customs compliance
• Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring budget adherence
• Must have good experience of Logistics works in Thailand
• To prepare application in good time as per Schedule of offshore works and submit to the relevant Thai authorities to obtain all Permits and Licences to enable InterMoor Marine Vessels, Personnel and materials to enter offshore Thailand to perform the Project scope of work
• Ensure all personnel, materials and equipment arrive at correct location and at the required time as determined by the PMT
• Organize crew rotations, mobilizations, and demobilizations
• Ensure all crew certifications, medicals, and training are valid and up to date
• Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and other documentation
• Maintain crew databases and planning schedules
• Liaise with recruitment for sourcing new crew as needed

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in logistics or crewing, preferably in the oil and gas sector working in Thailand
