LOGISTICS AIR TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Arrange transportation, schedule pickups/deliveries, and communicate with carriers or freight forwarders.

• Prepare and verify documents such as DOs, invoices, packing lists, customs documentation and other relevant paperwork

• Monitor transportation status and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or exceptions.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production) on logistics requirements.

• Review freight charges, coordinate billing matters, and ensure cost accuracy.

• Experience in logistics, especially project and breakbulk cargo related will be an added advantage

• Solves problems in straightforward situations analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and be a team player

• Consistent and ready to work on a long-term basis
  
• At least 2 year of relevant experience in Air Freight forwarding industries

• Candidates able to commence at short notice will be desirable

• Possess Class 4 Driving License & Forklift License preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

WORKING LOCATION

• Changi Airfreight Centre

• 5.5 day work week , 8am-6pm (Weekdays) & 8am - 1pm (Saturday)
