Job Scope
- Process customer orders for local shipments in the system.
- Arrange shipments with assigned transport providers.
- Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within daily cut-off times.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending orders.
- Prepare shipment documents such as invoices, pick lists, and delivery notes.
- Perform system transactions accurately using ERP or warehouse systems.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Respond to operational emails and provide shipment updates when required. Assist in daily inventory checks and cycle count activities
- Update operational reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Support team members during workload peaks or staff absence.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor or management to support operational requirements.
Requirement
- NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics field
