- Work closely with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage Tradenet permit declarations for all import and export shipments.
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure punctual delivery and maintain inventory accuracy as instructed by management.
- Organize and maintain customer DG storage/usage licenses in accordance with NEA guidelines.
- Raise and activate Purchase Orders (POs) according to customer needs and warehouse stock levels.
- Monitor customer forecasts and usage patterns, providing regular consumption reports to selected clients.
- Carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company.
