Logistic & Transport Coordinator (Night Shift) - Class 3
Working days & hours: 5.5 days, 9pm - 8am (Offday not fix)
Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: Gross $3000 - $3500+

Job Description

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations.

• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses.

• Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs.

• Assist with driver rostering and shift planning.

• Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies

• Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.

Requirements

• GCE O/N Level, Diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics administration.
• Familiar with Singapore road networks and LTA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Fleet management systems.
