Logistic Supervisor

Job Description:

• Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics
• Enforce and ensure workers comply with safety standards and SOPs
• Attend and conduct necessary investigation and inspections for all accidents and infringements
• Resolve all operational issues and report rectification to management
• Prepare and attend weekly safety and operations meetings and reviews

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or equivalent
• Possess Class 3/4 driving license is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary
• Proficient in MS Office
