Job Title:Logistics Specialist (1 Year Contract)
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: $3,800 - $4,700
- Transport Allowance: $200 (Fixed)
- Completion Bonus: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements based on customer requirements.
- Liaise with service providers to secure freight space.
- Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare shipping documentation for international shipments and domestic deliveries.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery.
- Resolve shipment or logistics issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Support other ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Experience handling air and sea shipments.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Experience in international shipping documentation and domestic deliveries.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
