Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee transportation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operation.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all parties are aligned.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to upper management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
