We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistic Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Head Office and retail outlets.
This role is responsible for purchasing, logistics coordination, inventory management, outlet maintenance, and basic IT support to ensure smooth operations across all locations. This position requires regular travel to retail outlets to provide operational support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Procurement
- Source products, supplies, and operational materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Liaise with retail outlets on stock replenishment and procurement needs.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Source products, supplies, and operational materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of outlet orders.
Outlet Operations & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on outlet equipment and fixtures.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with external vendors where required.
- Arrange replacement of equipment, furniture, and operational items.
- Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of equipment.
IT & Systems Support
- Provide first-level support for IT equipment, printers, POS terminals, and office devices.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and system issues.
- Manage user accounts and system access.
- Escalate technical issues to external IT vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, warehouse, facilities, or purchasing.
- Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, POS systems, or IT troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling between Head Office and retail outlets.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting, moving, and transporting stock and equipment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn.
