Job Summary
Support daily logistics operations by performing hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting goods, while managing inventory tracking, coordinating orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate system records.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and sort goods accurately to fulfill operational needs
- Conduct stock checks and track inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy
- Update and maintain records using Excel and operational systems for data accuracy
- Coordinate orders and deliveries to support timely logistics flow
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support daily operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel and data entry to manage records
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items to handle logistics tasks safely
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
- Responsible and eager to learn to adapt to evolving job requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
