Logistic Officer

Details :

• 5 Days Work (Mon-Fri, 8.30PM-5.30AM) - Rotating shift
• Greenwich
• Salary up to $2,800
• AWS + Bonuses

Job scope :

• Receive and verify shipping and sales documents
• Confirm customer shipping requirements and delivery modes
• Issue sales orders and billing accurately in the ERP system
• Update records in Excel and share information with operations
• Match packing lists with the shipment management system
• Process ERP transactions including purchase requests, receipts, and stock transfers
• Perform cycle counts and record results in the ERP system
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or managers

Candidates must have Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
