Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods, ensuring that logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Optimize and coordinate the full order cycle (from acquisition to delivery)
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Track the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and logistics team
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Develop logistics procedures and continuously seek cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
