Responsible ofshipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement & itsPOD status
To work withinternal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedulefor new and existing products
Responsible ofdamaged shipment claims
To worktogether with logistics planners to forecast customer shipment and buildlogistics plans to guarantee availability of products or services, andstreamline processes and flow of goods from point of order to delivery.
Work and liaisingwith Facility Manager & Warehouse pertains to detrash & recyclingmatters Work and liaising with Finance for supplier invoices matters
To provide asupportive and productive working relationship with vendors and otherdepartments to improve company's competitiveness
To follow-upwith incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure promptdelivery to customers
Ensure compliancewith cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations and internationaltrade compliance.
Updateweekly/monthly reports timely

Job Requirement:

Degree/Diploma inSupply Chain, Logistic or Business / Commerce discipline
Minimum 1 year ofrelevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
