Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Processing
- Prepare and process replenishment transfer orders, stock transfer orders (STO), and purchase orders (PO) in alignment with market forecasts and inventory control guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supply and pricing matters, ensure accuracy of sales pricing, and execute timely, compliant order processing in SAP.
- Work with third-party logistics providers to manage delivery planning and operational matters, ensuring accurate processing of Post Goods Issue (PGI) and invoicing in SAP.
- Generate outbound shipments in SAP for shipment cost tracking, monitor vessel schedules, and coordinate vessel bookings with logistics partners.
- Coordinate with POSM planners to ensure timely shipment and delivery of Point-of-Sales Materials to customers.
Customer Service & Logistics Operations
- Plan export consolidation, optimize freight utilization, and manage shipment timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by providing timely shipping updates, ensuring complete documentation, and responding promptly to customer requests.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and efficient operational execution.
- Monitor workflow progress and ensure continuity of processes, collaborating with Finance and other internal teams in line with company procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and supply chain best practices in accordance with group policies.
- Review and analyze existing processes and documentation to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management.
- Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment will be an advantage.
- Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, Luxury Retail, or Wine & Spirits industries is preferred.
- Experience with inventory software, MS Office. ERP Software (SD/MM/SAP) will be desirable.
- Familiar with the local laws and regulations regarding transportation and foreign trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Korean is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with Korea-based stakeholders and business partners.
