- Position : Logistic Coordinator (SAP)
- Location : Novena (5-minute walk - Nearest Novena MRT)
- Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic $4200 + Performance Bonus - up to 2 months + 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Market leader in the fountain technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documentation accurately in SAP system
- Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse providers, suppliers, and internal teams on shipment schedules
- Monitor inventory movement and stock accuracy across warehouse locations
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, permits, and delivery orders
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare periodic reports
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of logistics / supply chain / order processing experience
- Hands-on experience using SAP is required
- Familiar with shipping documentation and inventory coordination
