Job Summary

You will coordinate delivery job enquiries, schedule transportation, communicate with clients and drivers, maintain accurate records, and support billing and administrative tasks to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up on delivery job enquiries from customers and clients to arrange transportation with the team
  • Communicate regularly with clients and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Escalate delivery issues between drivers and customers to ensure smooth goods flow from origin to destination
  • Schedule client orders timely and coordinate with transportation team and drivers to meet delivery deadlines
  • Monitor, update, and maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system for logistics operations
  • Prepare billing documentation for HQ Transport and Haulage departments on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
  • Send Delivery Orders (DO) to customers for endorsement via email and liaise daily with Finance for billing matters
  • Create daily delivery schedules using the Transport Management System (Tiramizoo) to optimize route planning
  • Respond to Requests for Quote (RFQ) via email and phone, raise sales quotations on CRM, and send to clients promptly
  • Support daily operations by filing documents, scanning, photocopying, answering calls, preparing delivery documents, and managing the Google calendar
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support logistics functions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum GCE O Level or A-Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a 5.5-day work week

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Location advantage: Office situated next to Joo Koon MRT station
