Responsibilities:
- In charge in rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
- Responsible for verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
- Responsible for assist in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
- Responsible for the Data entry into ERP system.
- Taking charge of assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
- Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
- Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/device to move, convey, or hoist materials or products
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area
Requirements:
- Min O level and above
- Min 3 years of working experience as Logistic Assistant
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License
