Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Assist with appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, and billing
• Support doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures while providing quality patient care and education
• Perform administrative duties, including managing enquiries and maintaining patient records
• Assist with stock taking and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A Level or equivalent
• Prior clinic assistant experience
