Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to clients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observations, and relevant information accurately.
- Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures as required.
- Assist in coordinating care and communicating with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are up to date.
- Support the implementation of care plans and follow-up activities.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Provide general support in daily operations when needed.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification and valid registration with the appropriate professional body (SNB and BCLS)
- Good clinical knowledge and competency in basic care practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
