Job Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Observe, assess, and record patients conditions, symptoms, and progress, including taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature).
- Care Planning & Implementation: Develop, implement, and manage personalized care plans, collaborating with doctors and other professionals.
- Medication & Treatment: Administer prescribed medications, start IVs, perform wound care, and assist with treatments and diagnostic tests.
- Patient & Family Education: Counsel patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medication management, and self-care strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all actions, observations, and care provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other staff for integrated, comprehensive care.
Job Requirements:
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in Nursing
