Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Monitor patients vital signs and clinical conditions, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patients medical records.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate nursing intervention when required.
- Supervise junior nurses or healthcare assistants when necessary.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Some in-patient ward experience will be advantageous
