Job scope:
- Deliver patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team (including PT and OT) to support patients and their families.
- Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote client participation and well-being.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies by providing immediate and appropriate care.
- Perform scheduled daily treatments and administer medications as prescribed.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Design and implement structured activities that encourage client participation and enhance their overall physical and mental well-being.
- Asssist with prescribed daily therapeutic procedures and administration of medications.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- 1 year experience with inclusion intervention
