Locum Speech Therapist - 6 months
- Perform comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for speech disorders and dysphagia management.
- Establish SMART goals and tailor treatment plans to individual client needs.
- Track client progress utilizing appropriate clinical outcome measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress.
- Discuss and coordinate care plans with clients, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage discharge planning and ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Project Details
- 3 full days per week (9.00am - 5.00pm), 8 hours per visit
- Projected Commencement: from July 2026 onwards

- Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy
- Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
