Locum Pharmacist - Central, Clinic, 5.25-day

Summary:

• 5.25-day work week (Alternate Sat)
• Location: Central area
• Duration: Nov 2026 - Apr 2027

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and supply medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and established procedures.
• Review prescriptions and medication profiles to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
• Provide medication counselling and education to patients on dosage, usage and potential side effects.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues.
• Manage medication procurement, stock and inventory, including expiry and out-of-stock monitoring.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
• Participate in medication safety, quality improvement and other pharmacy-related initiatives.
• Perform other pharmacy duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
