Mon to Fri, office hours (may also work half days or 2-3 days per week)

Salary
$45 per hour

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Review medication orders and perform/document interventions when required

• Process drug orders and dispense medications to patients

• Perform medication-therapy related duties including:

  • Controlled drugs supply and receipt

  • Drug stock supply to patient care units

  • Adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting

  • Drug usage monitoring

• Participate in quality assurance activities (e.g. ward inspections, expiry checks)

• Collate records for drug supply, storage, and distribution in compliance with hospital and legal requirements

• Deliver medications to wards (role involves walking)

• Participate in Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programmes

• Assist in training and supervision of pharmacy assistants and technicians

• Perform shift and on-call duties as assigned

• Any other duties as required

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Pharmacy + Valid SPC
