Location: Central
Salary : up to $70/hr
Working Hours: Flexible - 2 to 4 days per week
- Morning shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
(Approximately 4 hours per day)
Job scope:
- Assess developmental, sensory, and motor skills of children (infants to adolescents)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support functional independence in home, school, and community settings
- Provide interventions for sensory integration, fine motor coordination, handwriting, self-care skills, and play-based learning
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support child development goals
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals and strategies accordingly
Conduct caregiver education and home program training - Supervise junior OTs or therapy assistants where required
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / degree in occupational therapy
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- AHPC registration required
- Pediatric training is preferred
- Passionate about working with children and families
