Job Scope:
- . Conduct comprehensive assessments for inpatients with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, TBI, SCI,)
- . Develop and implement individualised therapy plans targeting:
- o ADLs and IADLs
- o Cognitive & perceptual rehabilitation
- o Upper limb function and motor recovery
- . Apply evidence-based neurorehabilitation approaches (e.g., task-specific training, motor relearning)
- . Recommend and prescribe assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
- . Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team on goal setting and care planning
- . Support discharge planning, including caregiver training and home/environmental recommendations
- . Monitor and document patient progress using standardised outcome measures
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid AHPC
