Job Scope
- Provide basic care and support to patients at home, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and toileting.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers and positioning while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Provide companionship, meal assistance and medication reminders as instructed by the care team.
- Monitor patients well-being, maintain care records and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team or family members.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA).
- Experience in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is preferred.
