We are hiring a Locum Case Manager (Counselling Services) to be outsourced to our client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management support to students, including coordinating care and monitoring wellbeing.
- Conduct mental health screening and triage to assess students needs and refer them to appropriate support services.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment for students requiring additional support.
- Advocate for students mental health and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support health and wellbeing initiatives across the university.
- Min Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- Able to conduct risk assessments and manage complex or at-risk cases.
- Prior experience in mental health, counselling, or community case management is advantageous.

- Working Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 8.30am - 6.00pm (3 days per week)
- Salary: up to $24/hour
- Contract Period: 6 months
