Location: Mainly Central and North area

Working Hours: 7.30am am to 4 pm daily (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $10.50/hr (no CPF)

Job Scope:

• Take height and weight
• Perform snellen (eye check)
• Perform audiometry test
• Lifestyle Practice

Job Requirements:

• vaccinated for MMR and Tdap
• Able to start work 20th March onwards
