WinGD is looking for
Field Service Coordinator
We are only considering applicants with Singaporean nationality or Singaporean employment pass.
Accountabilities
- Accurate coordination and administrative support of field service operations
- Reliable reporting and information flow to Singapore management
- Structured documentation and system data integrity
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Service Manager and Field Service Engineers in daily operations
- Prepare and maintain weekly work reports and service summaries
- Upload, organize, and archive service documentation and records
- Maintain and support Excel, SAP, and CRM-based tracking and reporting
- Support communication with ship agents regarding schedules and documentation
- Support internal reporting, audits, and management requests
Development Responsibilities
- Support a positive and cooperative team culture
- Develop understanding of 24/7 maritime service operations
- Support continuous improvement of coordination and administrative processes
Authorities
- Coordinate field service documentation and reporting within defined processes
- Communicate operational information to internal stakeholders and ship agents
- No contractual or financial signing authority
Requirement
Education
Diploma or Degree from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), or other marine, engineering, logistics, or operations-focused institutions. Maritime or technical education is an advantage.
