Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Handling existing accounts while aggressively develop and penetrating new accounts.
  • Be responsive to all sales enquiries, RFQ, qualities and technical issues as highlighted by customers from time to time.
  • Preparation of all quotations, submission of sales requisitions and creating of project entry into in-house ERP system on a timely manner
  • Maintain and develop good business relationships with existing and new customers
  • Achieve company sales targets cost and profit management
  • Resolves customer issues by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management
  • Promote new business opportunities and to increase market share for existing customers.
  • Tactfully in working out and submit the right quote to maximise the opportunity to win the contract
  • Proactive in dealing with customer at all levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules to make sure customer's request are met
  • Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned

Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing or any related degree
  • 3 years of experience in either Semiconductor and/or Automation industry
  • Self-Motivated, independent and assertiveness and able to work under high pressure and tight dateline with minimum supervision.
  • Strong business acumen, result -oriented and aggressive in new account development.
  • Possess pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a strong team player
  • Preferred to have Class 3 driving licence with own car
  • Working in a multi-cultural environment
