Job Description & Requirements
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various types of loans to commercial clients. You will be involved in conducting basic credit analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Engage with prospective and existing clients to introduce banking products and services tailored to their financial needs.
- Cold-calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued loyalty to the bank.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 2 years of experience in selling mortgages or loans.
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people from all walks of life.
- Eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
