Loans Officer

Job Description:

. Loan operation processing & documentations

. Prepare reports for Head office, MAS and etc. on a timely basis.

. Prepare credit review for existing borrower

. Conduct credit proposal/credit summary for the feasibility of granting the application and renewal of credit facilities

. Issuance of banker's guarantee

. Handling loan accounts that covered both Bilateral and Syndication deal

. Conduct credit proposal and credit summary for the feasibility of granting the new application and renewal of credit facilities

. Perform periodic credit review on the clients account

. Vet Legal documents and follow up on other correspondences such as amendments to agreement, waiver requests

. In-charge of KYC checking and CDD review on both new and existing customers

. Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma or Degree graduate in financial related courses

. Experience in loan processing & documentations will be an added advantage

. Minimum 2 Years Experience in syndicated or bilateral loan transaction will be preferred

. Bilingual to liaise with Mandarin speaking chinese clients

. Able to handle Documents in chinese language
