Loans Officer #Indoor Customer Service

Job Info:

• Basic up to $3000 Entitle Team Sales Commission
• Working Time: 10 am - 8 pm (Weekdays) 10 am - 5 pm (Weekends)
• Working Day: 5-day work week 1 day off on weekdays & weekends
• Location: Jurong East, West Region

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial solutions for clients through an understanding of their financial requirements
• Provide clear and coherent explanations of loan contract terms, products, and details to clients
• Timely follow-up and update the loan application status to the clients
• Perform corporate and personal loan disbursement
• Conduct eligibility checks on the applicant's application
• Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payment
• Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
