Handle the review of credit documents and internal approvals, set up and maintain credit limits in the core system, and coordinate loan processing activities such as drawdowns, repayments, and fee settlements.
Ensure timely review, issuance, and fee monitoring of BGs, while managing related queries and approvals.
Perform reconciliations, generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and regulatory use, and maintain accurate documentation.
Contribute to process enhancements, support system testing, keep procedures updated, and assist with ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

Able to work independently, follow established procedures, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with dynamic responsibilities, including non-BAU projects and new initiatives.
Prior experience in loan operations, Avaloq system knowledge, or banking operations is an advantage.
