Key Responsibilities
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects related to loan systems.
- Handle disbursement, drawdown, renewal, and redemption of secured loans.
- Coordinate with the Treasury Department for funding and manage disbursements via cashiers order or intrabank transfer.
- Create and update records in the banks operating systems related to Secured Loans.
- Perform daily loan operations tasks, including timely review of legal and loan documentation for mortgage lending.
- Liaise with external parties such as solicitors, valuers, and insurers in relation to secured loan processing.
- Support the Banks redemption and time deposit product processes.
- Assist in account management tasks such as freezing of accounts, earmarking of funds, and preparing audit confirmations.
- Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan operations.
- Familiarity with secured and unsecured lending, as well as collateral management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player with a good sense of ownership and accountability.
