Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of loan applicants, evaluating income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio.
- Guide clients through loan product options, terms, and repayment plans, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Collect and verify applicant documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient loan processing, from application to approval and funding.
- Implement effective loan collection strategies, contacting borrowers to discuss repayment schedules and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Monitor loan accounts for timely payments and manage delinquent accounts with proactive follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring all loan activities adhere to industry standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry professionals to expand the client base and generate referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of lending practices and regulations.
- Contribute to team goals and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in customer service and responsible lending practices.
- Ad-Hoc duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in loan origination, financial analysis, or customer service within the lending industry, with demonstrated knowledge and application of compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
