. Understand and answer customers queries and to explain loan procedures over the phone or in person.
. To assist with clients account management along with administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
Requirements:
. No experience required.

. Excellent communication skills
. Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
