Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LBRM to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth in the SME financing space, focused on unsecured working capital loans for businesses in Singapore. Confident in originating, assessing and managing borrower relationship from lead generation through disbursement and post sales relationship management.
Job Description:
. Acquire and develop SME clients for unsecured working capital financing
. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourcing and referrals
. Conduct initial credit assessment (financial statements, bank statements, ACRA data)
. Structure suitable financing solutions based on client needs
. Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
. Work closely with credit and operations teams for deal execution
. Maintain post-disbursement client relationships for repeat business
. Monitor portfolio performance and renewals
Requirements:
. 3-5 years experience in SME financing, business lending, or related sales roles
. Proven track record in originating and closing unsecured business loans in Singapore
. Strong understanding of SME cash flow and basic credit assessment
. Results-driven with ability to meet monthly sales KPI ($280K-$350K)
. Existing SME network or referral channels is highly preferred
. Experience in fintech lending or alternative financing is an advantage
