Loan Business Relationship Manager
Industry: Financial Services / SME Financing / Business Lending
Location: Chinatown, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 5,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Loan Business Relationship Manager to support client acquisition and portfolio growth within the SME financing sector, with a focus on unsecured working capital loans for businesses in Singapore. The role involves managing the full financing process, including business development, preliminary credit assessment, loan structuring, deal execution, and post-disbursement account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing suitable financing solutions for both personal and corporate loan requirements.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and support revenue growth.
  • Review and assess loan applications, including basic credit evaluation and risk considerations, in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal credit and underwriting teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan processing and approvals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's financing products and services to provide relevant recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in networking activities, business events, and industry engagements to develop professional connections and business opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to support business and client needs effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SME financing, business loan sales, unsecured lending, or related financial services.

  • Experience in originating and managing unsecured business loan transactions in the Singapore market.

  • Knowledge of SME financial analysis, including interpretation of financial statements and cash flow assessment.

  • Familiarity with basic credit assessment principles and financing processes.

  • Experience in managing business development and client relationships within SME financing.

  • Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners will be an advantage.

  • Experience in fintech lending or alternative financing platforms will be an advantage.
