About the Role:
We are seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Loan Brokers on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will help individuals and businesses secure funding through a wide range of financial products including personal loans, business loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of clients seeking funding
- Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and match them with appropriate loan products
- Guide clients through the application process and manage lender communications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various loan programs and underwriting guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lending partners
Qualifications:
- Proven sales or finance experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Basic understanding of financial services or a willingness to learn quickly
