• Position : Loan Administrator (Hire Purchase)

• Location : Sin Ming Drive

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Process hire purchase loan applications and check basic eligibility

• Conduct credit checks and collect required customer documents

• Submit loan applications to banks and financial institutions

• Ensure loan documentation is complete and properly managed

• Liaise with internal teams, banks, and financial institutions on loan approvals

• Follow up on applications and handle loan-related enquiries

• Coordinate document verification, drawdowns, and redemption requests

• Handle documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities

• Maintain accurate loan and facility records

• Monitor loan progress until disbursement

• Prepare loan and financing reports

• Support compliance, audit documentation, and general admin duties

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent certification

• Familiarity with automotive loan documentation is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle financial data accurately
