Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
Assist in FATCA/CRS tax declaration review and reporting.
Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analysing customer bank statements for loan applications.
Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Critical thinker
Responsible and good team player
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Open to candidates with no prior experience, though two years of experience in banking operations will be an added advantage
