Loader Maintenance Mechanic (Class 5)

Job Scope:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Joint Container Pallet Loaders (JCPL) and Main Deck Loaders (MDL)
• Conduct fault diagnosis and minor repairs at airside apron or workshop
• Operate JCPL/MDL units and company vehicles (requires valid Class 5 driving license)
• Maintain accurate technical records and update CMMS
• Conduct monthly inspections, load tests, and quality checks in accordance with OEM and company standards
• Support equipment recovery operations from airside gates to workshop
• Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of tools and workbays
• Respond to hotline calls for breakdown support outside working hours
• Preferred if they possess a valid Singapore Class 5 driving license
• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive, industrial, or hydraulic maintenance
• Familiarity with engine, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and chassis systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and medically cleared for airside operations
• Advantageous: Airside pass, JCPL/MDL operational training, welding skills
