Responsibilities About the Team As a core member of our LLM Global Data Team, you&aposll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets, and become a leader building and growing a vibrant team together with us.
Your Role Will Involve: 1. Driving complex, cross-functional projects from incubation to execution. You will be responsible for defining goals and success metrics, aligning across functions (including product managers, engineers, and content experts), assembling taskforces, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality. 2. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to design, test, and refine operational processes. You will help identify bottlenecks, implement quality and productivity experiments, and contribute to scalable solutions. 3. Analyzing operational and model training data to derive actionable insights for stakeholders and support model training. 4. Gaining hands-on experience in data production workflows for LLM training, including drafting, revising, and quality-checking data, to understand the critical role human input plays in machine learning. 5. Becoming a domain expert in one or more content verticals (such as creative writing, coding, math, science) or data formats, and independently delivering high-quality outputs. 6. Leading or supporting cross-domain operational improvement initiatives to optimize processes and scale high-quality data generation.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1. Strong professional communication skills in English 2. Strong Professional communication skills in Chinese mandarin, to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders that are based in Mandarin-speaking markets 2. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional projects, especially involving collaboration between product managers, engineers, and content teams. 3. Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with data to identify patterns, generate insights, and inform decision-making. 4. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and experiment-driven environments, with a high degree of adaptability and ownership. 5. Excellent project execution skills, including meeting tight deadlines, juggling multiple workstreams, and proactively solving problems through tools and process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Academic background in either a STEM discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, or in a quantitative/analytical non-STEM field, such as sociology, statistics, or economics. 2. 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the internet or technology industry. Experience in project management, operations, or data-related roles is strongly preferred. 3. Hands-on experience with LLM data workflows, such as annotation, quality analysis, or data evaluation, is a strong plus. 4. Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and human-computer interaction, with a passion for learning, experimentation, and working across diverse content areas and teams.
